Funadventures by the sea!

Hello everyone! Bonjour-nassyi! (ﾉ´▽´)ﾉ*:･ﾟ✧

La semaine dernière, nous avons passé 4 jours aux bords de la mer, sur la côte ouest, chez la tante de ma mère ^^.

Last week, we spent 4 days by the seaside, on the west coast, at my Aunt's mum's house ^^.

Elle habite avec son amoureux à Préfailles (le point rouge sur la carte), un petit village à 30 minutes de Saint Nazaire. Leur maison était à une minute à pieds de la plage, on pouvait même voir la mer depuis le jardin, c'était vraiment une atmosphère de vacances x)! Nous sommes arrivés vers 15h, il n'y avait que Marie, ma mère, les fufus et moi. Je dormais avec Marie dans la chambre d'amis, elle était super confortable même si elle était en rénovation! Voici donc notre coin x)! 

She's living with our uncle at Préfailles (see red dot on the map), a small village, 30 minutes by car from Saint Nazaire. Their house is one minute away from the beach, we could even see the sea from the garden! We arrived around 3pm, Marie, Mum, Fufus and I. I shared a room with my sister, it was comfy even if it was currently in renovation! Here's what it looked like x)!

Notre tante nous a ensuite montré la plage et le "centre ville", c'est là que les aventures ont commencé! C'est aussi le moment de vous présenter French Funassyi! Pour ceux qui ont vu la vidéo de mon haul Japan expo, je racontais comment j'avais perdu cet adorable Fufu patriote le lendemain même de son achat alors que c'était le dernier exemplaire du stand. Après avoir twitté ma vidéo à Funassyi, par chance celui-ci y a répondu! C'est comme ça que j'ai pu rencontrer et discuter avec d'autres Nashi Tomo (le nom que se donnent les fans de Funassyi)! L'un d'eux était , Manami-san, une adorable personne qui m'a envoyé un nouvel exemplaire de la peluche quand elle est sortie au Japon!! Je ne la remercierai jamais assez ♡(˃͈ દ ˂͈ ༶ )!!! 

Our aunt showed us the beach and the "city center", and the adventures begin here! Now is the right moment to introduce you French Funassyi! For those who missed my Japan expo haul video, I talked about how I lost my French Funassyi limited edition, just the day after the purchase... It was the last one at the stall so I couldn't buy another one... I twitted my video to Funassyi and he aswered it! Long story short, I met a lot of Pear pals since then, and Manami-san was one of them. She's an adorable person, she got me another French Funassyi when they released them in Japan!!! I couldn't thank her enough ♡(˃͈ દ ˂͈ ༶ ) she was so nice to me! If you read this, thank you again!!!

Nous avons donc profité de la marée basse pour nous balader sur les rochers! 

The sea level was low at this time of the day so we had a walk on the rocks on the shore!

Sneaky Funassyis

Le soir, le cousin de ma mère nous a rejoint avec sa femme et ses enfants pour prendre l'apéro et dîner avec nous à la villa. C'est la première fois que je rencontrais ces membres de ma famille et c'est fou comme le feeling est hyper bien passé! C'était donc agréable de passer la plupart du week end avec eux! Ils étaient avec leur camping-car dans le camping du même village. Leurs deux enfants étaient aussi adorables, ce qui est rare de nos jours j'ai l'impression x')...

We met my Mum's cousin and his wife, and their cute little kids, later in the evening! We had dinner together at the house, it was the first time I saw them, and I'm still surprised about how easy it was to get along! So it was nice to spend most of the week end with them! They were staying at a camping place in the same village. Their two children are so adorable and nice! Which is quite rare nowadays x)...

Le lendemain matin, nous sommes allés nous promener sur une plage plus loin, et avons pris quelques photos souvenir ensemble =). 

Saturday morning, we went to the beach and take some family pictures =).

Coucou-nassyi!!

L'après midi j'ai accompagné ma mère aux Sables d'Olonne car elle avait RDV avec un couple pour des photos de mariage sur la plage. Il y avait 2h de route du coup je trouvais ça sympa de l'accompagner pour lui tenir compagnie, et au final mon aide à été utile pendant le photoshoot aussi x). En effet, les mariés ont du escalader quelques rochers pour atteindre une petite plage, et la longue robe de mariée s'accrochait partout, je me suis donc transformée en demoiselle d'honneur XD, même Fufu à porté la traîne! Sans rire, il y avait pas mal de vent et la sur-jupe de la robe ne voulait pas tenir en place, heureusement l'épingle à nourrice de Fufu à suffit pour maintenir le tout en place!

On the afternoon, I went to Les Sables d'Olonne with my Mum, she had a photoshoot booked with a couple, before their wedding next month. It was a 2 hours long road trip to get there so I kept her company I guess ^^! Eventually, my help was needed to carry the wedding dress up so the bride could walk easier among the rocks on the beach, the fabric kept on getting caught on the rough surface. Fufu helped as well! The overskirt of the dress kept flying because of the wind so we used Funassyi'safety pin to keep it in place!

Nous sommes rentrées très tard et la fatigue se faisait sentir haha x)! Le plus drôle était le moment où je racontais à ma mère que j'avais rêvé d'Adam Young (= Owl City) la nuit d'avant, et genre la musique suivante qui passa à la radio, était Fireflies... On a toutes les deux fait un bon en hurlant XD!!! Witchcraft x')...

We got back home very late, we were so tired x) haha! The most funny moment on the way back was, when I told my Mum about the dream I had the night before, I dreamt of Adam Young (= Owl City), and like 1 minute after telling her, next song playing on the radio: Fireflies... We both jumped and screamed XD witchcraft x')...

Le dimanche matin, j'ai fait quelques photos avec une robe sailor trouvée par hasard la veille de notre départ, je les posterai peut être la semaine prochaine, c'est ma mère qui les a encore, elle va me les montrer ce week end ^^. Nous avons ensuite passé le reste de la journée à parler de tout et de rien avec la famille, je pensais que j'aurai du mal à parler et que je resterai plutôt dans mon coin, en bonne introverti que je suis, mais en fait pas du tout, je n'ai jamais autant participé aux conversations XD!

On sunday morning, I asked my Mum to take me in picture, wearing a new sailor dress, which I found just before we left Blois. I might post them next week^^. The cousins visited again and we spent the rest of the day together. I thought I wouldn't talk much, and stay by myself, as the introvert person that I am, but not this time! I surprised myself x)!

Le lundi nous sommes partis sur Saint Nazaire, c'est là où vivait ma tante, mais elle y a encore son appartement. Nous avons mangé un moules frites délicieux au restaurant, j'ai tout gobé! Je ne sais pas pourquoi (en fait si, je suis juste une morfale), mais je finis toujours mon assiette avant tout le monde O.o, pourtant je n'ai pas l'impression de manger vite >.>... En même temps c'était tellement bon!!! J'ai aussi partagé un thé gourmand avec ma mère, c'était délicieux!

On monday, we went to Saint Nazaire, where my aunt is still living sometimes, she has a flat here. We had some good food for lunch, in a restaurant, I ate everything so quickly! I sometimes compare myself to a vacuum cleaner XD but it was so delicious!!

Après ça nous avons longé la plage et visité le quartier où habitait ma tante. J'avais une image de cette ville assez différente en tête, et c'était une agréable surprise! C'est bien plus beau que ce que j'imaginais! 
Un appartement est libre dans cette maison, on a pu visiter le jardinet uniquement, ça m'a bien tenté de déménager ici, mais j'ai trop d'engagements sur Paris pour l'instant, peut être pour plus tard ^^...

After that, we walk along the beach and visited the neighborhood of my aunt's flat. I imagined this city so differently, it was a good surprise after all! It looks more beautiful than what I imagined! A flat is vacant in this house, we could visited the small garden, I wish I could live there but I have too many things to do in Paris at the moment, I can't live that far away x), but maybe later ^^...

Nous avons ensuite visité l'exposition de l'Escal' Atlantique, il est présenté comme un paquebot, c'était assez bien fait mais assez incomplet, apparemment il y a eu des changements de fait depuis la dernière fois que ma tante et mon oncle y sont allés, et c'était mieux avant... C'était quand même assez impressionnant, dommage que les photos soient interdites 8D! Mais il faisait trop sombre à l'intérieur pour avoir de belles photos de toutes manières...

We then visited the Escal' Atlantique expo, it was like an actual boat! It was very well made but quite incomplete I don't know, they made changes apparently, since the last time my aunt and uncle visited it, and they said it was better before, oh well x)... It was still impressive though! A shame taking pictures was forbidden, but it was too dark inside anyway...

Notre oncle nous a ensuite fait une visite des chantiers navals, puis nous sommes rentrés rejoindre les cousins au camping! Ils nous ont offerts de supers bons cocktails! J'en ai pris un sans alcool, je me souviens juste qu'il y avait du sirop de rose et de framboise dedans et que c'était super bon!

Our Uncle took us to the shipyards as he knows some interesting things about it, he was like a tourist guide haha! Then we got back to the campground with the cousins, they offered us tasty cocktails! I took one without alcohol, raspberry, rose syrup and other things I don't remember x'), but it was delicious!

C'est ainsi que c'est achevé notre petit séjour! Nous sommes retournés sur Blois le lendemain matin, et je suis rentrée chez moi en train seulement le mercredi! Pleins de petits paquets m'attendaient sagement à la maison! La plupart étaient des fournitures pour mes projets couture et il y avait aussi un cutsew sailor (comment ça je suis accro?) pour un projet de tenue à venir =)!

And that was the end of our holidays! We headed back to Blois the following morning, and I got back home by the train on wednesday. Lots of small packages were waiting for me! Most of them were supplies for my sewing projects, and one was a sailor cutsew I ordered on Dolly dynamite (no I'm not obsessed with the sailor trend, it's an illusion), it's for an outfit project soon =)!

C'est la fin des aventures des Fufus à la mer! Le prochain épisode racontera nos vagabondages dans Paris avec Natsu-chan, woooo 4 ans que je ne l'avais pas vu ( ˘ ³˘)♡!
